It's recommended that you work out three to four days a week for at least 30 minutes.
That can be tough to do unless you have a workout buddy .
Kaylee Prevost has found quite possibly the cutest workout buddy.
She wakes up, brushes her teeth, eats breakfast, and works out...with her dog.
You read that right, her four legged friend likes to work on her bod too.
Two year-old black lab, Willow, is Kaylee's workout partner.
Kaylee said, "every morning we just workout and she runs, she loves it. "
Willow runs a mile a day on the treadmill.
"I'll come back down to jump in the shower and she'll run into the workout room and sit on the treadmill ready for another mile," Kaylee said.
Working out with a pup doesn't always go smoothly.
"Sometimes I'll be laying on the bench and I'll be doing my bench presses or something," Kaylee said, "and she'll come sniff me and when I'm trying to put my arms down her nose will be right here [under my elbow] and I'm like Willow you've got to move."
Once Willow got her groove the cardio canine along with Kaylee and her dad Jason had their morning routine down pat.
After her morning workout Willow gets a milkbone for all of her hard work.
