* WHAT...West to southwest winds 35 to 45 MPH with gusts up to 70

MPH. Areas of blowing snow.

* WHERE...Interstate 80 between Laramie and Rawlins including

Arlington and Elk Mountain.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM MST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Expect dangerous travel for

light, high profile vehicles including camping and tractor

trailers. There will be a high risk for blowovers of these types

of vehicles. Blowing snow may significantly reduce visibilities

and create slick road conditions.
