Crash on I-90 East causes highway to block section

Crash on I-90 eastbound

According to the Montana Highway Patrol, a rear-end collision shut down I-90 east bound at mile marker 455.

Officials said a Ford Escape pressed their brakes to avoid a deer crossing the interstate. A Chevy Cruze traveling east behind the Ford did not react in time and caused the rear-end crash.

Two people were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. I-90 has since been re-opened.
