A tenured teacher in Billings will be recommended for termination in a school board meeting Tuesday.

In a letter to the Billings Public Schools Board of Trustees, Superintendent Terry Bouck recommends the termination of Glenn Kanvick, a former driver's ed instructor and "roving substitute" teacher in the district. In the letter, Bouck says the recommendation comes after an investigation into accusations of inappropriate behavior toward multiple students.
