35 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, and southeast Montana.
Portions of north central Wyoming.
* WHEN...Until Noon MST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia are possible if precautions
are not taken. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday
morning commute. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
