I have made a habit of photographing the eagles of Montana. I am fascinated with their behaviors and habits. They also feel like an integral part of Montana, and life, for me. These eagle photos were all taken of Miles City's local eagle "family." We now have three mature adults and three young ones. Two of the young ones are from this year's hatching. The eagle on the river bank, with some white in its feathers, is aprroximately two to three years old.
