My husband and I love to spend time at Hyalite. Being only 20 minutes from our home, it is the perfect retreat after a long day at the office. This photo was taken just after 5:30 P.M. in the beginning of July. There are usually quite a few people at the lake enjoying the serenity. I was experimenting with a new camera at the time and was lucky enough to catch such a great, calm moment. I think this picture represents what the spirit of Montana means to me. Montana is a beautiful place and you can experience its wonderment right outside your back door.
