Helena teen arrested for third DUI with baby in car

HELENA - A Helena man is in jail on several charges related to alleged drunken driving with a baby in the car.

An officer pulled over Robert Michael Wetzel, 18, on July 10 for a traffic violation and found him driving drunk with a baby and a 13-year-old in the car, according to Lt. Jayson Zander.

Wetzel faces several charges, including third offense DUI, two counts of aggravated criminal endangerment and underage possession of alcohol.

He's booked in the Lewis and Clark County Detention Facility.
