FBI Public Affairs specialist Sandra Barker has confirmed with KFBB that a murder investigation is currently underway on the Rocky Boy Reservation.

The identity of that female is unknown.

Barker went on to say there is no threat to public safety at this time, and because of the nature of the investigation, no other information is being released.
