A Washington State man who grew up homeless is now asking people to make much-needed donations to the homeless during the winter weather. Dale Morgan explained that he grew up in an abusive home when he was young. He eventually moved out onto the streets. He lives in Billings now and has a job, but he said he knows what it is like to live on the streets and that is the reason he wants to give back.
