A new study of deceased football players shows a high prevalence of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy. That's a brain disease caused by multiple blows to the head. Families of former football players donated their brains for research at Boston University. Researchers found 91% of former college players and 99% of NFL athletes had evidence of CTE.
