BILLINGS, Mont. -

Barry Beach appeared in Billings Municipal Court on Tuesday. The hearing was over a criminal case filed by the city of Billings on allegations Beach violated the temporary restraining order the District Court dismissed on Monday. The allegations were made in November by the mother of Beach's child. Beach's attorney, Tim Baldwin, asked the judge on Tuesday for more time for discovery of evidence. The judge honored that request and Beach will be back in court in just a few weeks.
