BILLINGS, Mont. -

A tanker truck carrying diesel fuel tipped Monday on E. Airport Rd. and Main St. in the Billings Heights.

According to Billings Police Chief Rich St. John, the crash happened around 1:30 p.m. He says the truck's back trailer hit a curb, causing it to become unstable and tip.
