Weapon retrieved by Billings Police

Posted: Updated:
BILLINGS, Mont. -

The weapon a Billings man found on his front yard wasn't loaded and the man told us his main concern was finding the owner. He said he believed the gun might have been linked to vandalism in the area we told you about Thursday morning on Wakeup Montana.

We did additional checking and found out Billings Police now has the weapon, and according to police, they have not connected the weapon to the vandalism case at this time.
