BILLINGS, Mont. -

Some kids at a Heights elementary school are taking a shot at the world of reporting. This afternoon, a group of students from Beartooth Elementary got a chance to interview a Montana celebrity, with the help of some of our reporters.

A group of future journalists are part of Beartooth Student News. Earlier, KULR-8's  Tanya Modersitzki, Melinda Lee, and Jake Jones helped the students prep to interview a Jurassic fanatic.

Beartooth welcomed Jack Horner to their assembly.

Schools from all over the area came, and schools from across the country joined the livestream.

"It's a lot of fun and video stuff and I like videoing stuff and we get to write stories and I live writing stories," BSN reporter, Anna Walsh said.

The BSN students got a chance to cover the event, with a livestream question and answer session with the dinosaur expert.
