HUSON, Mont. (AP) - A fire has destroyed a popular western Montana restaurant. Authorities say the fire at the Nine Mile House located off Highway 10 near the town of Huson began around 10:30 p.m. Sunday. No reports of anyone being hurt, but fire officials say the building is complete loss. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - Montana dentists say they fear state budget cuts for adult dental care will hurt people with disabilities and elderly people most. Lee Newspapers of Montana reported Sunday that $8.9 million in cuts are planned to the state's Medicaid dental program. Dentists say they're most concerned about people in nursing homes who depend on Medicaid coverage to afford dentures and other dental care.

GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) - An energy company has cancelled plans for a wind farm in central Montana, saying a price set by regulators makes the project unfeasible. The Great Falls Tribune reports that TransAlta scrapped the 21-megawatt farm near Martinsdale after the Public Service Commission approved a price of $23.30 per megawatt hour.

MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) - Small businesses in Montana affected by forest fires this year can apply for federal help. The U.S. Small Business Administration announced this week that small businesses in Flathead, Granite, Lake, Mineral, Missoula, Powell, Ravalli and Sanders counties can apply for federal disaster loans of up to $2 million.
