Mind Body Wake Up

We live in a world that is in constant movement, literally, and we are busy bees in it.  Taking just a few minutes for you  can help relieve symptoms of anxiety, and stress throughout your day.  I hadn't done much yoga myself, but I decided to try it with someone who is all too familiar with the practice.  Caitlin McWilliams, doesn't call herself a yogi, but she certainly is for those who know nothing about yoga.

She  mentioned yoga can be a powerful tool to process trauma and move through difficult moments.  Today, I did some "Wellness with Caitlin" breathing exercises and a few movements that left me feeling ready to tackle on the day.  You can try this easy 3-step breathing exercise to start your day: https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=847246461963642&set=vb.824944267527195&type=2&theater  You can also find out more about yoga and how its use for psychotherapy at http://www.wellnesswithcait.com/#!yoga-therapy/cod3
