U.S. Bank Helps Habitat for Humanity in Time of Need

BILLINGS -

We told you about the $3,000 worth of power tools and construction equipment stolen from a Habitat for Humanity storage trailer on Wednesday morning.

We also mentioned the generous donation from U.S. Bank to help get the non-profit back on their feet.

We spoke with Habitat for Humanity Construction Supervisor, Steve Coldiron today, about the situation and how thankful he is for the generous community he lives in.

“…just to have somebody that will come forward like that, and just say he, tell us what you need and we'll get it for ya, is just, ya know, it really gives us a good feeling about Billings and the community here, and about the kind of support we do get,” says Coldiron

U.S. Bank has been a long-time sponsor of Habitat for Humanity.

A representative from the bank says Habitat for Humanity relies on the community to give people a hand up, and not a hand out.
