BILLINGS -

Captain Bill Michaelis with the Yellowstone County Sheriff's Office says they were first called to Pictograph Cave State Park around 2:00pm for someone firing a gun.

He says the man was acting confused and fired a gun at people in the park. Michaelis says there were about 40 in the park at the time. No one was injured. When deputies arrived the man put the gun down and was arrested.

The road leading to the park and the park itself is closed right now. There's no word yet on when they will re-open.
