Survivor Shares What Relay Means to Her

Posted: Updated:

Alex Everhart is a survivor of over eight years.

Being in the medical field, Everhart had seen what cancer could do to people. However, when she was diagnosed, she said it was like her worst nightmare and it was something she never imagined would happen to her.

Everhart said Relay to her is a place where she was able to find support because there were people, just like her, battling and fighting the disease to which so many succumb.

Everhart continues to fight for herself and her family.
