BILLINGS -

The woman who committed a string of robberies last October now knows her fate.

Karen Damron was sentenced to 20 years for three counts of robbery, two counts of attempted robbery, and obstructing a peace officer.

Court documents indicate Damron robbed the Nickel Ante Casino, Cedar Ridge Casino, and Lucky Lils Casino, and attempted to rob two others last October. According to witnesses, Damron walked into the stores and demanded money.

Court documents also indicate Damron's purpose for the robberies was to raise bond money for James Cracraft, a man accused of shooting at another person in the Heights Target parking lot.
