UPDATE: Woman Dies After Incident With Her Car

UPDATE: Musselshell County Sheriff Woodrow Weitzel names the woman who died after being dragged by her car down a hill in Roundup. He says she is 66-year-old Sara Kusch.

Sheriff Weitzel says the 66-year-old woman was on private property on Dean Creek Road doing some gardening. Her parked car started rolling and Sheriff Weitzel says investigators are unsure if she was trying to get into the car, or stop it, but she got caught underneath. She eventually was freed before the car got to the bottom of the hill.

Weitzel believes the incident happened between noon and when deputies were called out to the scene, around 3:30 Monday afternoon. Authorities found her alive, but she died at the scene.
