BILLINGS -

The man accused of being involved in a Billings home invasion in 2012 denies the charge in court.

Gabriel Spotted Eagle pleads not guilty to one count of aggravated burglary.

Court documents show, in June 2012, a mother was putting her two-year-old son to bed when she heard banging on her front door. Three people were in her home and started beating her. The mother says one stole a laptop and she recognized one as Spotted Eagle. Police officers say they saw cuts and bruises on the mother and blood spatters in the apartment.
