BILLINGS -

The man accused of killing a woman in the Billings Heights last December has posted bond.

Richard Reinert is charged with deliberate homicide. His bond was reduced during a hearing on April 14, from $750,000 to $450,000. Conditions of his release include a GPS monitoring device, a curfew, and no contact with witnesses in the case.

According to court documents, Reinert shot 25-year-old Jessica Stephenson of Joliet on December 21, while she was on the phone with 911. Police say Stephenson was calling to get help putting her friend's intoxicated husband to bed. Authorities say the entire altercation was recorded during the 911 call.
