Tire Rama Donates to Special Olympics Montana

Posted: Updated:
BILLINGS - Special Olympics Montana allows athletes to participate and train sports for all of their lives. To underwrite those cost, SOMT depends on gracious donations from individuals and corporations alike.

Tire Rama has partnered with SOMT for many years. This year, they gave over $20,000 to SOMT, raised in part by a social media campaign on their Facebook Page. For each like they received, they'd donate a dollar to SOMT, up to 10,000 likes.  The other $10,000 plus came from a raffle ticket sales, which becomes a competition amongst the Tire Ramas to see who can sell the most tickets. The Missoula Store won this year.

Bob Norbie, CEO of SOMT says the money will help Special Olympians pursue the dreams and give them the confidence to become active members of society.

David Wehr, CEO of Tire Rama says his company loves helping out the SOMT and plan on doing so for years to come.
