DUI Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

BILLINGS - The driver, who police say drove into a patrol car after failing to yield, appears in court.

Brett Jones, 29, pled not guilty to criminal endangerment, driving a vehicle under the influence, and operating a vehicle by a person with an alcohol concentration of 0.08% or more.

On April 22, at 8th Street West and Miles Avenue, Billings Police say Jones ran a stop sign and struck the patrol car. He and the officer were treated at the scene.
