BIG TIMBER -

Ethan Peterson is a teenager with a message: avoid distracted driving at all costs.

Ethan lost his father when he was just a year old.  Ethan's father decided to drink then get behind the wheel.

Ethan, along with his mother Melissa Bartelt have made it one of their life mission's to educate people on the dangers of distracted driving.

Ethan entered the Toyota Teen Challenge. The contest urges teens to make a video showing how they are helping teens in their community to be safer drivers.

Ethan, along with nine other finalists are in the running for three prizes, to the top prize being $15,000 and their PSA being re-shot so it's TV ready.

Streets that run for several blocks, without a single street light. It is a dark reality many residents throughout the Magic City face when the sun goes down. Leo Robinson lives on Monad Rd., east of 24th Street. He said if street lights were placed on Monad, safety for everyone would improve. Terry Smith, City Traffic Engineer, said the city is more than willing to work with anyone, on any street, which lacks street lights.

Hundreds of Hells Angels are coming to Cody for a national meeting this week. The motorcycle club apparently likes the northwest Wyoming town. They held their world run there in 2006. Police presence is heavy in Cody now.
