BILLINGS -

First Interstate Bank presented their annual Teach Children to Save program at Highland Elementary.

Teach Children to Save is a national campaign to raise awareness about the important role banks and bankers play in helping young people develop lifelong saving habits.

Principal Jeri Heard says this program is a valuable asset to her school and plays an important role in bettering our community.

Tara Straight, Marketing Specialist for First Interstate, says talking to children is easy because they're like sponges and soak up everything you tell them.

First Interstate Bank will head to Lockwood Elementary in May.
