Tea City Grand Opening

If you're looking for a spot of tea, a new store in Rimrock Mall can help. Tea city, which held its grand opening Thursday, is a family-owned business, which offers organic healthy teas.

Co-owner, Zane Luhman, said the store offers the highest-grade loose-leaf tea, which unlike tea bags is the first part of the tealeaf that's picked. He added a tea bag is the leftover leaf that is ground up and put in a bag.

Employees will be paying close attention to customer service. "We like to kind of see what people want and what they like so that we can kind of adjust what we carry, see what people request that are all natural flavoring, organic, you know, but they don't taste like the typical tea that you're used to, you know, you don't have to sweeten them up, you don't have to put a bunch of sugar or honey in them cause they're just, they're awesome," said Luhman.

Luhman said the family is excited for what the future holds and looks forward to enjoying tea with everyone.

Susanne Rodell faced a difficult situation. Hail storm damage to her roof led to an insurance claim being filed. Rodell picked a local contractor to fix her roof, but mother nature did not cooperate. While the roofing company was in the middle of fixing her roof, a weekend of rain caused water damage to dry wall and ceilings within the house.
