BILLINGS, Mont. -

A 4.8 magnitude earthquake shook Yellowstone National Park Sunday morning.

The University of Utah Seismograph Station crews reported the earthquake took place after 6:30 AM Sunday, nearly four miles north-northwest of the Norris Geyser Basin. The University reports people in West Yellowstone and Gardiner, both about 20 miles from the epicenter, could feel the tremors.

There were no immediate reports of damage, and there are very few visitors in the park this time of year. Since Thursday, officials reported nearly 25 recorded quakes in Yellowstone National Park.
