Man Changes Plea in Chase

BILLINGS -

The man accused of shooting at another person in a parking lot in the heights, in October of last year, changes his plea in court on several other charges.

James Cracraft pled guilty to two counts of felony criminal endangerment; a felony count of criminal mischief and a misdemeanor count of criminal mischief. He also pled guilty to two counts of theft.

On October 12th Cracraft led Montana Highway Patrol on a high-speed chase and ran a red light at Central and 32nd. He will be sentenced on June 6th and June 12th.
