Judge Donald Molloy sentenced Jordan Graham to 365 months in prison, that's more than 30 years.  Earlier, Graham attempted to withdraw her guilty plea but the judge denied that request.

Jordan Graham pled guilty in December to pushing her husband of 8-days, Cody Johnson, off a cliff in Glacier National Park.

The 22-year-old faced life in prison for second degree murder.

Tuesday evening, her defense team filed a motion to withdraw this plea, accusing the government of once trying to make the case a first-degree murder crime by requesting a life sentence in prison for Graham.

They said this is a sentence fit for a first-degree offender and the prosecution has polluted the pre-sentencing process.

Graham's sentencing hearing now continues and we will bring you the result as soon as we have it.

Streets that run for several blocks, without a single street light. It is a dark reality many residents throughout the Magic City face when the sun goes down. Leo Robinson lives on Monad Rd., east of 24th Street. He said if street lights were placed on Monad, safety for everyone would improve. Terry Smith, City Traffic Engineer, said the city is more than willing to work with anyone, on any street, which lacks street lights.
