BILLINGS, Mont. -

The man suspected of stealing more than 550 pounds of explosives near Red Lodge in 2013 is back in Montana.

32-year old Budd James Nesius was arrested in Colorado last month on a charge of possession of stolen explosives. He was booked into the Yellowstone County Jail on Tuesday. The jail's website shows there's no bond for Nesius.

Last April, officials say someone broke into a bunker near Red Lodge and stole those explosives from the U.S. Forest Service. An affidavit says the explosives were stolen between April 26th and April 29th of 2013 in Carbon County.

The ATF reported the explosives were found in November and asked the U.S. Marshal's office to help with an arrest in Grand Junction, Colorado.

So far no court date has been set for Nesius in Billings.
