BILLINGS -

Thursday, a man is expected to be in court for allegedly sexually assaulting and stabbing a woman March 1st.

Police arrested 32-year-old Jessy Lee Williams after investigators say he broke into a residence in the Billings Heights and attacked a 29-year-old woman while three of her children were in the home.

The victim says she woke up to someone strangling her. She says her pants were being removed, and at one point she passed out. She also says she struggled, and her kids woke up and saw different aspects of the assault.

Later, she says she tried to run, but the man grabbed and stabbed her.

Although the victim never saw the man's face, she believed him to be a man she met before.

Police say the children were able to help identify the suspect.
