Former Youth Services Counselor Pleads Not Guilty

A former youth services counselor accused of having sex with a minor pled not guilty in court Monday.

Brad Douglas Johnson, 36, is charged with two counts of sexual intercourse without consent. He is accused of having sex with one of his clients, who was 17 at the time, at the Ted Lechner Youth Services Center.

Court documents show the girl provided Billings Police with her phone, revealing text messages and photos Johnson sent her. The girl told police in an interview, Johnson said he would leave his wife for her, and persuaded her to stay in the relationship.
