Don't Drink and Drive

BILLINGS -

Law enforcement has one message for you this holiday season: don't drink and drive.

Sergeant Kevin Cunningham said a DUI, or killing someone else as a result of drunk driving is not the kind of memories you want to leave your family for the holidays.

"Have a designated driver, or if there's any number of a home free programs, you can call a cab. By the time you end up paying out the total cost of a DUI, or even worse a DUI accident, it's a lot cheaper taking a cab," said Sgt. Cunningham.

Sergeant Cunningham said you cannot take a life back so drink responsibly.

Susanne Rodell faced a difficult situation. Hail storm damage to her roof led to an insurance claim being filed. Rodell picked a local contractor to fix her roof, but mother nature did not cooperate. While the roofing company was in the middle of fixing her roof, a weekend of rain caused water damage to dry wall and ceilings within the house.
