Billings Residents React to Delayed Deliveries

Posted: Updated:
BILLINGS -

Christmas has come and gone, but wherever you go, there are plenty of opinions about the holiday season.

UPS left many people with a "bah humbug" Christmas spirit, because packages were not delivered on time.

The delays were blamed on several factors including poor weather and heavy volume.

KULR-8 Photojournalist, Levi Adams, hit the streets of downtown Billings for a few local opinions on the holiday delivery delays.

UPS won't say how many packages didn't make their destinations by Christmas, but the company is apologizing to customers whose gifts are late.

FedEx had fewer problems. The company says it handled more than 275-million shipments, and 99 percent of ground deliveries arrived on time.
