BILLINGS -

Wreaths for Veterans continues Monday with a stop at Riverside Cemetery.

Marine Corps veterans laid 18 wreaths on the graves of veterans who have lost their lives.

Marine Corps Chaplain, James Borner, says the people buried in our area should be remembered.

"This is what they call poplars indigent, poplars cemetery for people that can't afford burials. This is where they usually end up, and them kind of people are a lot of time forgotten about," said James Borner, Marine Corp Veteran.

"Just because a person dies without any money, doesn't mean that we shouldn't remember them during the holiday season. The one thing that is real important is that we do not forget our veterans," said Bill Kennedy, Yellowstone County Commissioner.

Wreaths were placed on graves at the Veterans Cemetery in Laurel last Thursday.
