BILLINGS -

There are just ten shopping days left until Christmas, but some Billings children got their gifts a bit early from the 8th Annual Blankets and Bears giveaway.

"The more children that are felt loved and humbled and hugged and given one of these, our mission becomes more and more accomplished," said Blankets and Bears Founder, Sandy McCaffree.

Parents brought their children to the old Garfield School on Saturday, where youngsters walked away with not only a pillow, stuffed animal, and a blanket, but also a smile.

"I love it. Because they're furry and soft," said little Connorr Hash, as he held a blue pillow, blanket, and bear.

"This year we made our number one priority to raise money for the Blanket and Bears," said Sean Evans from the Menace Motorcycle Club, which gave the majority of the money used for the gift packages.

Twenty seven Billings children shuffled their way through the doors, and each got their very own and unique blanket and bear package.

After the Menace Motorcycle Club sang a carol, it was off to the next location, all in hopes of making another group of children's Christmas a little brighter.
