Laurel Schools To Receive Grant

LAUREL -

The Laurel Public School District is one of 36 districts in the state that will receive money from a school-planning grant.

Laurel will receive $20,000, and the district will provide another $5,000.

Superintendent, Tim Bronk, says the money will be used to improve the five elementary buildings and the high school.

"The grant will be used to plan what types of needs we need for space and other upcoming needs of the schools," said Bronk.

Some other districts in our area receiving similar grants are Miles City, Park City, and Livingston.
