BILLINGS -

A woman involved in a police shooting in January missed her sentencing hearing in court today.

County attorneys requested a $7500 bench warrant for 25-year-old Heather Brawley. Brawley and her husband, Daniel Brawley, broke into a home on Miles Avenue on January 6th.

According to state prosecutors, Brawley stole the homeowners' clothes and children's toys and supplies. Her husband was shot and killed while attempting to drive away in a Billings police car.
