One of the two people arrested and charged with assaulting a Billings chiropractor this past summer appeared in Billings City Court Thursday.

Court officials say 20-year old Kiersten Wachholz plead not guilty to one misdemeanor count of assault. They say she was assigned a public defender and told she cannot consume alcohol or drugs, can't go into a bar or casino, and cannot talk to the victim or her co- defendant. Her next court appearance is December 17th.

Wachholz's co-defendant, 21-year old Lloyd Burgess, Junior, is expected to appear in Billings City Court next Tuesday
