Arrest warrants are issued in a case involving the assault of a Billings chiropractor this past summer. Billings city prosecutors say they're charging 21-year-old Lloyd Burgess, Jr and 20-year-old Kiersten Wachholz with one count each of misdemeanor assault.

Court documents indicate the assault happened about 2:30 in the morning on June 8th. Jeff Meier was watching TV in his garage, when he says he heard noises outside. Meier says he saw some people around his camper. He yelled at them and then chased them. Documents say when Meier grabbed Wachholz's sweater, she punched him in the nose, breaking his nose. The documents also indicate Burgess choked Meier, causing him to black out.

Bail is set at $3,000 for both Burgess and Wachholz.

Can you imagine building a hotel by stacking one floor on top of another? That’s what’s happening in Yellowstone. The Park’s lodging concessionaire, Xanterra, tore out hundreds of old cabins in Canyon Village, and started construction this summer on five new lodges to replace them. The new lodges are actually modular jigsaw puzzles.
