"Maybe they didn't know how to write a resume or what to say when people would look at their resumes, we'll now we're giving them the tools to do that and we're sending them out into the world with a resume that is really awesome and it's eye-catching, and we've empowered them to take their jobs their careers back and move forward with their own success," says Rachel Kitchens, Career Center Director

The Billings "Dress for Success" program was one of 15 throughout the country to get the $25,000 award.
