Every year, MSUB students and professors conduct a poll, and they released the results from the 410 random adults surveyed. The polls include national, state, and local issues.

The student pollsters asked about several Montana elected officials and the opinions of their job performance. Gender and income were not found to be significant in the opinions of elected officials job performance.

Governor Steve Bullock received a 53% approval rating, while 14% disapprove and 33% are undecided.

Senator Max Baucus has an approval rating of 44.1%, a disapproval rating of 39%, and an undecided rating of 16.9%.

Senator Jon Tester received an approval rating of 44.7%, a 39.4% disapproval rating, and a 15.9% are undecided.

U.S. Representative Steve Daines has an approval rating of 39%, while 24% disapprove and 37% are undecided.
