Many of you have tried, and still haven't been able to access the healthcare exchange on the web.

The site is still experiencing glitches and it's unsure when the site will be fully operational. However, you can skip the website and get your rates by phone by calling 800-318-2596. Remember, you have time. You have until December 15th to be guaranteed coverage on January 1st. The Marketplace will remain open until March 31st.
