Police Search for Hit-and-Run Suspect

BILLINGS, Mont. -

Billings Police are asking for your help in locating a suspect accused of hitting a 77-year-old woman with a car last week.

According to officers, the woman was walking back to her car from the Alberta Bair Theater last Thursday, when the driver of a black Audi hit her at 27th Street and 4th Avenue North.

The female driver, described as being 20 to 30 years old, told the pedestrian she was a nurse and worked at a hospital.

Before first responders arrived to the scene, the driver left without identifying herself or her passenger.

The 77-year-old woman was taken to the hospital by her family, and treated for multiple injuries including a broken arm.
