Wanted Man Will Return to Idaho

Rodney Seiber, the man who twice escaped law enforcement and was caught in Big Horn County will return to Idaho to face charges.

Wednesday morning Seiber appeared in court in Hardin and waived extradition. After the hearing Big Horn County contacted law enforcement in Idaho to let them know they can come get him.

The 36-year old will be charged in Idaho on three felony charges including robbery, eluding a peace officer, and possession of a dangerous drug. He was caught last week in a joint effort between the Big Horn County Sheriff's Office and the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
