BILLINGS, Mont. -

A man accused of driving into a Billings Broadwater Avenue home on September 22nd appeared in court Tuesday.

According to court documents, Ty Raymond Wetch faces negligent vehicular assault, two charges of criminal endangerment of children, and one charge of criminal endangerment. Wetch pleaded not guilty to all charges on Tuesday. On Sunday September 22nd, Billings Police officers reported Ty Wetch, one female, and two children were taken to the hospital after crashing into a home. Officers said he was driving west on Broadwater, crossed into on-coming traffic, drove across two lawns, and hit a home on Broadwater. According to Sergeant Scott Conrad, it appeared Wetch inhaled a substance before crashing. Court documents suggest Wetch is being held at the Yellowstone County Detention Facility on $45,000 bond.
