    SPOKANE, Wash. - A 6-mile stretch of I-90 is back open after a 19 hour shutdown due to an extremely toxic and flammable chemical spill of a substance called anhydrous trimethylamine. The spill happened at milepost 299 on I-90 near the Starr Road exit on Sunday afternoon just after 1:00pm.

    It was a family affair. The Carroll family showed up, alumni's, students, staff, and even archbishops. The groundbreaking ceremony for the Hunthausen Activity Center took place today. The new building will serve for many purposes, from classrooms to a rock climbing wall. The school was able to raise 2.5 million dollars to make this project happen.
